A: Our customers use our products to do many tests in the US like NFRC, Energy Star, etc. Since we don't sell directly to end customers, we do not have our own tests. For the steel door and window which use Europe imported profile, they have Europe standard certifications.
Q: What Glasses brand do you use?
A: We use both local glass and overseas brand glass. For local glass, we use well-known big company's glass like China South Glass, Xinyi Glass, etc. For overseas glass, AGC, Cardinal, Vitro, Guardian, etc. are available.
Q: Which glasses types do you use for energy efficiency?
A: We use double/triple pane insulated glass, laminated glass, and impact-rated glass (triple pane insulated and laminated) for energy efficiency.
Q: Which anti-rust method do you use on your doors and windows?
A: Our doors and windows undergo acid washing, galvanizing, and rust-proof priming to prevent rust.
Q: What type of finishes do you have? What paint material?
A: The most popular colors are black and bronze, but other colors can be customized. We offer epoxy primer, acrylic acid bi-component top paint and clear coat, fluorocarbon paint, and optional power coating. The common powder-coated color is matte black.

A: We commonly use Bel Vedere lock, Weslock, and Emtek locks for our swing doors. However, we can also prepare the doors according to the customer's preferred lock.

A: Yes, we offer three systems for Bi-fold doors:
System 1: Tube material and local bifold hardware
System 2: RP technik 55N profile system + MANTION hardware from France
System 3: Secco profile system and hardware from Italy

A: Yes, we offer two systems for sliding doors:
System 1: Tube material and local sliding hardware
System 2: Secco profile and hardware from Italy

A: For tube doors and windows, we use PU foam weatherstripping. For imported system profile doors and windows, including profiles from OTTOSTUMM, RP technik, and Secco, we use EPDM rubber weather stripping.

A: Yes, we provide CAD drawings for every single unit.
Q: Do you have a warranty on your products? What is it?
A: Our products come with a 10-year warranty on the structure and a 2-year warranty on the finish.
