Q: Do you have any certification on your doors and windows? NFRC, Energy Star, Passive House, etc.
A: Our customers use our products to do many tests in the US like NFRC, Energy star etc. Since we don't sell directly to end customers so we do not have our own tests. For the steel door and window which use Europe imported profile, they have Europe standard certifications.

Q: What Glasses brand do you use?
A: We use both local glass and oversea brand glass.
For local glass, we use well-known big company's glass like China South Glass, Xinyi Glass etc.
For oversea glass, AGC, Cardinal, Vitro, Guardian etc. are available.

Q: Which glasses types do you use for energy efficiency.
A:double/triple pane insulated glass
laminated glass
impact rated glass (triple pene insulated and laminated)

Q: Which anti-rust method do you use on your doors and windows.
A: Acid washed and galvanized and rust-proof primer

Q: What type of finishes do you have? what paint material?.
A: The most popular colors are black and bronze. Other colors can be customized.

A: Lock: Bel Vedere lock, Weslock and Emtek are the commonly used lock. Or we prepare according to the lock from customer

System 1: Tube material and local bifold hardware
System 2: RP technik 55N profile system + MANTION hardware from France
System 3: Secco profile system and hardware from Italy

Q:What type of weather stripping do you have.
A: For tube doors and windows, we use PU foam weatherstripping.
For imported system profile door and window including profile from OTTOSTUMM & RP technik & Secco, we use EPDM rubber weather
